Aakhet the Bronze was a bronze dragon that awoke during the Dragonwake. Unlike the other dragons, Aakhet was largely a public figure and actually spent most of his time in human form, confirming the theory that the dragons had the ability to hide amongst men. During much of the Dragonwake, Aakhet ruled Kheterata and warred to expand his domains until his believed death in 488. Rumors would spread that he had faked his death to rule the nation of Aramoole in secret but those would turn out to be truth when he revealed himself publicly in 1439. The religion of Aakhetism would be founded believing him to be the reincarnation of Elikhet.

History[]

Awakening[]

Aakhet's awakening destroyed the Pyramid of the Warrior King outside Kheterat that he was allegedly entombed in. During his initial dragonflight he flew up and down the Mother's Sorrow, burning several settlements, cities, swathes of crops and river barges, severely impacting Kheterata's economy before returning to his pyramid.
