Eborian Goldwaters was a notable member of the Silver Band and founder of the Silver Family House Silebor. He was a renowned Naval Commander and fought in the War of the Sorcerer-King, later inheriting the Reaver Kingdom of Tef from Reaver King Halfdal III, his father in law. He then refounded the kingdom, founding the new capital city of Eborthíl and bringing it more in line with the rest of the elvenized Cannorian realms, with Tef becoming the Kingdom of Eborthíl.
