Hapainé

(Not to be confused with the River Hapainé)
Hapainé (actually meaning River-River due to a mix of Kheteratan 'hap' and Elven 'ainé') is the capital of the Kingdom of Busilar. While the namesake of the kingdom originated in the province of Busilar (which served as a defensible hill fort for early Busilar and its predecessors), when the region was secured the kingdom moved its capital to the more developed city of Hapainé.
