The Onslaught was a violent transitionary period in ancient history (-1200 BA to -1134 BA) leading up to the Age of Antiquity which provoked isolationism and fear of the sea until the rise of Castanor. The period began the mysterious Deep Devil Invasion which saw the abrupt destruction of many cities and pre-antiquity civilizations primarily around Sarhal, the freeing of genies from golems in Fangaula as well as their retreat into the Salahad deserts and a general rise of monsters and beastkind throughout Sarhal and Cannor.
