Brasan the Emancipator is the genie who was responsible for freeing the Bulwari peoples from the enslavement of the Djinn Sultanates, and was the first and only genie to be killed (by his own kind, no less).

The freedom of Bulwar guaranteed the Bulwari people's success in ridding the land of their genie overlords
The Eternal Home is still up for debate, some theorize the sovereignty of Brasan as an eternal home for the Bulwari people, but some suggest that this guarantees that Bulwar will remain Bulwari till the end of time.
