Their society is highly meritocratic and influenced by naga ~ lizardfolk with bodies resembling snakes who wield unparalleled magical potential. Though texts describe an ancient lizardfolk empire covering most of South Sarhal, there has been no evidence of the remnants forming a united rule since then.
