Peter Goldeneyes was a captain of the Frostwall Guard, installed as the count of Frostwall during the Blue Reachmen Wars of Independence after the expulsion of the previous count Bertram Frostwall who had grown unpopular with the guardsmen. Prior to this he served in the Adshawman army, proving himself in the Black Castanorian subjugation of Adshaw and Gawed where his keen military mind, and bestial nature in battle, saw him elevated to the rank of captaincy.
Due to his past experience, after his joining, Peter Goldeneyes was chosen to lead the Blue Reachmen Wars of Independence.
Werewolf Rumours[]
Most peculiar was Peter's yellow-coloured eyes (hence the name golden-eyes). This, combined with the fact the coat of arms used for house Goldeneyes was a wolf's head, have lead claims that Peter Goldeneyes was one of the werewolves that often lurked the Greatwoods to the south.
