Vincen I Silmuna, also known as The Old Owl, was the Emperor of Anbennar and Grand Duke of Dameria during the majority of the Lilac Wars. In his youth, Vincen succeeded the largely unrecognized Lorentish emperor Reán the White Fox during the end of the First Lilac War.
